BREAKLINE — your code list

This is what we score your field data against. YOUR list, not ours: a job is
Band A when your crew coded to YOUR standard, whatever that standard is.

You only send it once. After that we hold it against your firm and every job
is scored on it until you send a new version.


WHAT WE NEED
------------
One row per code, with at minimum the CODE itself. Everything else makes the
drawing better but is not required to price the job.

Column ORDER does not matter. Column NAMES do not matter. A heading row is not
required. We work out which column is which from what is in it, then show you
what we found and let you correct it before anything is scored.


WHAT TO SEND — easiest first

  .csv .txt      A spreadsheet saved as CSV. Comma, tab or semicolon.
  .acadmf        Your AutoCAD map file. Best of the lot — it already says
                 which layer every code belongs on.
  names.4d       12d shops: send this AND your map file if you have one.
                 names.4d on its own is a drafting-names table, not a code
                 list, so it cannot score a job by itself.

  .xlsx .pdf     We can read these, but a person has to, so the price comes
                 back by email instead of on the screen.


HAVEN'T GOT ONE WRITTEN DOWN?

Two options, both free:

1. Run BLEXPORT in AutoCAD or BricsCAD (BL-EXPORT.lsp, in this folder) to
   export your LAYER standard. That tells us how you draft. Send it with a
   job and we will build the code list alongside it.

   IMPORTANT: run it on your TEMPLATE drawing, not on a job. A job drawing's
   layer table has that job's mistakes baked into it.

2. Tick "we haven't got one written down" in the quote form. We build one from
   the job you send and hand it back. It is yours to keep either way.
